These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of verafiedtech.ai (the “Site”), operated by VERAFIED Tech (“VERAFIED Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are and what the Site is
VERAFIED Tech is an AI consulting and automation firm offering AI agent development, workflow and GoHighLevel automation, SEO/AEO/GEO, web development, and fractional-CTO services. The Site provides general information about our services. Nothing on the Site is an offer, guarantee of results, or binding commitment. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and VERAFIED Tech, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related infrastructure;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or overloading it;

- submit false information or impersonate another person or entity.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by VERAFIED Tech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VERAFIED Tech and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Notice, which explains how we collect and use information.
10. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Notice and any separate written agreement for services, are the entire agreement between you and VERAFIED Tech regarding the Site.
